EXECUTIVE PROTECTION / BODYGUARD SERVICES / PERSONAL PROTECTION OFFICER

A bodyguard or Personal Protection Officer is employed to protect an individual from potential threats.
Valor Security Group utilizes Personal Protection Officers with police or military experience, and are trained in defensive tactics, 47 hours minimum of firearms training, first aid and CPR, customer service and conflict resolution. Other relevant training includes defensive driving, threat assessment, and public relations. This provides you a competent, certified officer to handle whatever needs may arise.
All of Valor Security Group’s Personal Protection Officers are licensed through NYS DCJS, and must qualify and train to Valor Security Group’s higher standard before working in the field. It’s important to remember that using an untrained or unlicensed bodyguard, makes you liable for their actions.

Five Steps to Threat Management
Assess the threat
Why were you targeted, what was the basis for the threat? Once your threat has been determined Valor Security Group can advise you on the most appropriate course of action and investigative steps.
Investigate the threat
If the suspect is unknown, Valor Security Group will narrow the field by aligning the information gained in the assessment stage with a wide variety of investigative strategies, including detailed background searches and subject surveillance.
Review security needs and provide executive protection
This includes ensuring you have contingencies, personnel and systems in place to mitigate the threat. Additionally, Valor Security Group’s Personal Protection Officers are trained, licensed, and experienced.
Determine the response

Establish and execute an intervention plan
